    General Information for Your Stay

    From May to September, we rent on a weekly basis only, from Saturday to Saturday, due to organizational reasons.

    Tourist tax and final cleaning are already included in our prices. Our apartments are privately rented, so unfortunately, we cannot provide an invoice.

    Parking:
    In the underground garage (left gate), parking space No. 11 or 13 is available for free. Please make sure to close the garage door after leaving, as it does not have an automatic closing mechanism. The parking spaces in the garage are suitable for vehicles with a height of approximately 195 cm (gate height 200 cm, but the entrance is not entirely level).

    Booking Conditions:

    To make a reservation, we require a deposit of €250. Upon receiving the deposit, you will receive our booking confirmation. We kindly ask you to transfer the remaining amount before your arrival. Unfortunately, cash payment or card payment on-site is not possible. You will receive the password for key collection after receiving the remaining payment.

    Cancellation Policy

    We will make every effort to rent the apartment to another guest. If this is not possible, the following cancellation fees apply:

    • Cancellations 42 days before arrival: 0%
    • Cancellations from 42 to 20 days before arrival: 50%
    • Cancellations from 20 to 11 days before arrival: 70%
    • Cancellations from 10 to 0 days: 100%

    We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

    Our pool is open from early June to the end of September. Opening hours may be subject to a 15-day shift depending on weather conditions.

    Is a crib or high chair available in the accommodation?

    At the moment, due to organizational reasons, we do not have cribs or high chairs available in the accommodation.

    Are there restaurants and shops nearby?

    There are numerous shops, bars, and restaurants around the apartment.

    Are pets allowed in the accommodation?

    No, pets are not allowed in our accommodation.

    Where can you buy groceries near the apartment?

    There is a Migross Superstore and a Penny Market approximately 5 minutes’ walk from the accommodation.

    House Rules

    • Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
    • Pets are not allowed in our accommodation.
    • After using the sun loungers on the sunbathing area, please return them to the terrace to avoid issues with automatic watering.
    • Please use only the parking space designated for your apartment in the underground garage and park your vehicle within the marked lines.
    • Please dispose of food scraps and trash before your departure to avoid unpleasant odors and ants in the apartment.
    • If you bring bicycles, please park them at the designated bicycle racks. They are not allowed in other areas.
    • Please be considerate of the other residents of the building.
